Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of supporting our clients. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of clients and our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

 

Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if you pay in full. You have 48 hours to cancel any products if you pay weekly. We believe in the quality of our products and so may request proof that you have used it. We do not issue refunds for change of mind after 48 hours of the initial purchase.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and we request 14 days’ notice for any cancellations if you pay in full or after one week if you pay weekly. Cancellation requests should be directed to info@paxinnature.com

Returns.
